Maintenance

Red Dial Maintenance is a maintenance service designed by Alabama Lockers that offers superior value, especially to schools that assign lockers by computers.  Red Dial Maintenance service includes all the customary services of a traditional locker maintenance contract:

 

1.  Assist school administrators in assigning lockers by computer

2.  Maintain an off-cite locker combination database archive for the period                     covered by the agreement

 

3.  Inspect each lock and advance the combination

​

4.  Inspect, adjust, and replace missing nuts and bolts for each covered                         locker

​

5.  Installation of locker maintenance parts (locks, latches, etc.).                                     Maintenance parts are furnished by Alabama Lockers as billable items.                     An itemized service invoice will be provided for all parts.

 

6.  Print Locker Cards if requested by the school

PLUS:

           

Alabama Lockers provides temporary locks with Red Dials for locks that fail during the year.  These are installed, by the school, until Alabama Lockers can replace them.  This Red Dial  tells the administrator that this locker must be opened with a key as it has a temporary combination.  The computer combination will not work on these locks.
